Bass Museum of Art
2010

Proposed rebranding of Miami Beach's oldest art museum, founded in 1963. The identity revolves around the stacked, contemporary logo, supported by a turquoise accent that evokes the atmosphere of the museum’s locale.

The logotype arises from a prominent visual style widely used in the 20s and 30s—the same period as the construction of the original museum structure. Its heavy geometric forms and subdued curves parallel the Bass Museum's contrasting classic and modern architectures.

The website draws from the logo’s design, using stacked blocks to organise and display content. Exhibitions are prominently featured on the home page, along with a calendar block displaying the events for that day.
